Sponsorship Opportunities

We are excited to be headed to the Fredericksburg Convention Center for our Annual Conference in October. We would like to invite you to be a part of our conference as a sponsor.

Vendors

Vendor Table $400 (this includes a table and food on Saturday of event for up to 2 people, there is an additional charge for more than 2 vendors at the table)

RED($600)

• Recognition on the VOTA website

• Recognition in the conference program

GREEN($1,000)

• All benefits in the red level, PLUS…

• ½ page ad in the conference program

• One advertising post on request on VOTA social media platforms within one year of event 

BLUE($1,500)

• All benefits in the red and green levels, PLUS… 

• A free conference registration

• Logo and hyperlink on conference email announcements

• Logo and hyperlink on VOTA website

GOLD($2,000)

• All benefits in the red, green and blue levels, PLUS…

• A second free conference registration

• An upgrade to a full-page ad in the conference program

• A verbal thank you to your company during the morning opening remarks

We are opening registrations for sponsors before we send out any communication to our members and contacts, so if you plan to register for a BLUE or GOLD level sponsorship, registering and providing your logo before August 1 will ensure you are recognized as a sponsor on all communications regarding our Annual Conference from day one.  

If your sponsorship involves an ad, logo, or other item for publication, the deadline to submit for your ad or logo to be included in the program is September 26, 2025 at 5pm.  If you sign up for a sponsorship that includes your logo and hyperlink on all conference communications, the sooner you sign up and send in your logo, the sooner we can include you in our communications!

The deadline to submit for a Vendor Table or Sponsorship is September 26, 2025 at 5pm.
