How do I sign up?
VOTA members can create their FREE directory profile by following this link to a "Members Only" page (you will have to log in to see the page with the link to add your profile to the directory: CLICK HERE
IMPORTANT: Be sure to click VOTA/Virginia under the Professional Association options for your profile to show up on the VOTA directory page.
NOTE: This link is only good for the VOTA directory and not for a full membership in OT Potential (additional cost).
If you are already a member of OT Potential you can add the VOTA Virginia tag to your profile and your profile will be shown on the VOTA Directory.
VOTA members will receive a 25% off discount on their OT Potential club subscription using codes available in the members only section of the website.
What if my VOTA membership lapses?
VOTA will periodically audit and verify that VOTA directory members are also active members of VOTA. If your membership lapses, your profile will be removed from the directory.
What about Virginia practitioners who are not VOTA members?
Practitioners who are not VOTA members can sign up and pay for their own OT Potential Account for CE benefits and the directory, but will not be listed on the VOTA directory. Only VOTA member profiles will be shared through VOTA’s social media, website, email and community contacts and benefit from the professional endorsement of membership in the Virginia Occupational Therapy Association. Please encourage fellow practitioners to join VOTA to support the OT profession in Virginia! Individuals who are not members can still receive a 15% discount for the OT potential club with the code Virginia. VOTA will receive a portion of the proceeds.
