In addition to poster sessions, roundtable discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities, we will feature a mentorship connection and study of the book Switch by Chip and Dan Heath.

If you are interested in the study of the book Switch, include the session #BOOKJAM and the 3 R's: Reading, Reflecting, and Relationship Building to Enhance Professional Development in your conference agenda. We will examine the concept from the book "how to change when change is hard" and develop practical strategies for leadership in our ever changing and challenging practice settings. You can read the first chapter for free at: https://heathbrothers.com/member-content/switch-chapter-one/. The book can also be accessed at many public libraries and bookstores.
