Jalisa is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With over ten years of experience in the fitness industry, Jalisa's love and joy for wellness continues to grow and she enjoys spreading that same joy to others.
This 45-minute class will incorporate movements to improve overall flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and muscle strength. With short bursts of interval training, the class will focus on increasing endurance and full body strength. All fitness levels are welcome. Equipment is optional.
All funds go to student scholarships.
